Which payment methods do you accept?

Planet Cazmo accepts a wide variety of payment options:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover payments through our secure credit card processor - Authorize.net. Both U.S. and International credit cards are accepted.
• Paypal payments through PayPal(*)
• Paybycash payments through Paybycash (**)
• Check or money order

Is my payment secure?

Planet Cazmo uses high grade browser encryption using the secure https protocol to collect all sensitive information. Planet Cazmo does not store any personal financial information on our systems. All personal financial information is submitted and kept by our payment processors -- PayPal, Paybycash and Authorize.net.

What is your refund policy?

Planet Cazmo does not issue refunds at this time. Any payments collected for CazmoCash, Items or Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time, you will not receive a refund, however you may continue to use your account until its paid expiration date has passed.

How soon will my purchased CazmoCash and items be on my account?

For payments made through our secure credit card processor directly, your account will be updated within 10 seconds automatically. You should see your new Membership, Cazmo Cash or items in Planet Cazmo within a few seconds. You do not need to relog, your inventory should be updated automatically. In rare cases a payment may be placed on hold and require review by Planet Cazmo staff. Such payments may require two business days before they become active on your account.

Planet Cazmo allows you to pay instantly with your paypal account. Please keep in mind that paypal provides a variety of payment options not all of which are instant. If you select 'instant' transfer from your bank account or credit card, paypal payments will usually be credited within a minute, but on rare occasion can be held by Paypal and can take longer or require review by Planet Cazmo staff.

If you pay by PayPal e-check the funds can take one to two weeks to clear and be credited to Planet Cazmo. Your account will automatically be updated with the items, cash or subscription that you purchased when we get notification that your payment has cleared paypal's system. Please be advised that it can take one or two days from the time e-checks clear your bank to when they are credited to our paypal account. Paypal will email you to notify you when the funds have cleared through their system.

Check and money order payments can take one to two weeks for Planet Cazmo staff to receive and credit your payment.

Paybycash payments can take different amounts of time based on the payment type you select with paybycash. You will receive an email from paybycash detailing when your payment is completed. Once Paybycash lists your payment as paid and complete, your cazmo character should be updated within a few seconds.

When and how much will my next stipend amount be credited?

Every month when you purchase a membership you will be given 100 cazmo cash and 1000 cazmo coins. The first amount, 100 cash and 1000 coins will given to you immediately when you purchase a membership. Thereafter you will receive the 100 cash and 1000 coins at 6am on the date following your renewal date each month relative to the Eastern time zone (GMT - 5). For example if you purchase a membership at 3pm on Februrary 15th you will receive 100 cash and 1000 coins immediately and then receive your next 100 cash and 1000 coins on March 16th at 6am. If you purchase a membership on January 30th at 3am you will receive your second set of 100 cash and 1000 coins on March 1st at 3am.

How are free months to my membership credited?

Your first membership payment is always charged immediately. Any free months are credited after the first membership charge. For example if you purchased a three month membership on 11/2/08 you will be charged on 11/2/08 for three months and then charged for the second three months on 3/2/09. Feb '09 will be your credited free month.

How do I cancel my membership & how long am I a member after I cancel?

Visit your account page to cancel a membership at any time. Your membership will continue to be active through the last day of your membership term before the next payment would normally be due. For example, if you purchased a 6 month membership on Dec 5th, 2008 (1 month free) and canceled your membership on August 14th, 2009, your membership will be valid through January 4th, 2010 since your last payment on July 5th, 2008 for 6 months would be active until then.

Why won't the system let me pay for a new membership after I've canceled?

You can always start a new membership with a credit card payment. Paypal and Paybycash do not currently support membership payments dated in the future and therefore you must wait until your account has expired to use these methods to signup for a new membership.
